QtAV, a powerful media playing library based on Qt and Ffmpeg that features some interesting options, is now at version 1.2.3.
Even though there are a lot of other libraries out there that could do the job just the same, QtAV comes with a few bundled examples. Users can learn how to write a player and what the library is capable of.
One of the biggest changes in QtAV 1.2.3 is the introduction of FFMpeg/libav avresample support, which should make the life of the developers a lot easier.
The library also features OpenGL ES2 and XV support, not to mention the addition of sample formats and multiple channels.
The latest version of QtAV also fixes a H.264 decoding error, an audio decoding problem, and a WMA audio issue.
