This is the first development release towards Polari 3.12

Florian Müllner had the pleasure of announcing that the first development release of the upcoming Polari IRC client for the GNOME 3.12 desktop environment is now available for download and testing.

Dubbed "Peppermint Foot Lotion," Polari 3.11.1 introduces basic support for room/private chats, a simple connection editor, nick completion, support for more advanced /commands, and experimental Pastebin integration.

Also, the following translations have been updated in this development release of Polari IRC client: Hebrew, Czech, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, Ukrainian, Spanish, Slovenian, Danish, Galician, Simplified Chinese, Finnish, Traditional Chinese, and Italian.

Polari will be the first true IRC client designed especially for the GNOME desktop environment. The first stable version will be unveiled with the release of GNOME 3.12. More details can be found in the official release announcement.

Download Polari 3.11.1 right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a development version and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended for testing purposes only.
