The developers have updated the kernel and the KDE desktop environment

PCLinuxOS 2013.04, a free and easy-to-use Linux-based operating system for x86 desktops or laptops based on the KDE desktop environment, is now available in all of its three flavors, KDE, MiniME, and FullMonty.

Highlights of PCLinuxOS 2013.04:

• The Linux kernel has been updated to 3.2.18-pclos2.bfs; • KDE SC has been updated to version 4.10.1; • Latest set of Nvidia drivers has been integrated; • The PCLOS410 theme has been added; • The QT-update-notifier has been implemented. • The DVD includes popular tools for office, audio, video, graphics, and Internet applications (LibreOffice, GIMP, Skype, TeamViewer, Dropbox, VirtualBox, etc.).
