The original POSTAL game developed by Running With Scissors back in 1997, has been launched on Steam for Linux, with a 10% discount.

When it was launched in 1997 by Running With Scissors, Postal was criticized for its brutal gameplay and senseless violence. 16 years have passed since then and nobody cares about violence in games anymore.

The gameplay has been preserved and Postal includes all the original missions, plus the Special Delivery addon pack. It also comes with 27 Steam Achievements and the lowest system requirements possible.

According to the developers, in Postal you won't find aliens, mutants, or stupid quest for the dragon's balls, just chaos and mayhem.

No aliens, no mutants, no stupid quest for the dragon's balls. Just good antisocial, psychotic shoot-'em-up action, strategy and government intervention.

Linux System Requirements:

OS: Ubuntu 12.04 or equivalent Processor: 166mhz processor Memory: 32 MB RAM Graphics: OpenGL 2.0 or later Hard Drive: 400 MB HD space

The promotion will end on March 29.
