Octodad: Dadliest Catch, a sequel to the well-known Octodad game, has managed to get through the Greenlit program and it will arrive on Linux.

According to the developers, the cephalo-protagonist in Octodad: Dadliest Catch has gotten himself in a bind between his wife’s mounting mistrust, and a disastrous trip to the local aquarium.

This is an easy game to learn and very hard to master. Players will have to control Octodad like a marionette, dragging his arms and legs around.

The good news is that the character is able to pass through tight spaces, grab various environmental objects with his suckers, and display enormous strength.

The developers from the Young Horses studio haven't announced an official date yet, but the game should be out soon.

More details about it can be found on the official Steam website.
