LilyPond 2.17.23 may be an unstable version, but it's still an important release as it brings a lot of updates and changes.

• The template has been updated; • Decimal fractions are now allowed with the non-empty parts, before and after '.' music; • Python 3 is not yet supported; • A few typos have been fixed in the contributor's guide.
