Mozillux, a Linux distribution based on the popular Ubuntu and Debian GNU/Linux operating system, is now at version 12.12.1.

Mozillux 12.12.1 aims to promote Mozilla embedded in a desktop software suite which can be used by beginners and intermediate users.

The distribution is based on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS with LXDE desktop, which means it also benefits from Canonical's repositories.

Highlights of Mozillux 12.12.1:

• A bug from Java7 which prevented the update has been fixed; • A bug which affected the resonant/mumble server startup has been repaired; • The drum machine and the sound mixer have been added; • Firefox was updated to version 17.0.1; • Thunderbird was updated to version 17.0; • Seamonkey was updated to version 2.14.1.
