A few hours after we’ve reported that the final build of the highly anticipated Mozilla Firefox 36.0 web browser is available for download, Mozilla made the official announcement on the Firefox website. Now, we’re announcing the immediate availability for download and testing of the first Beta release for the upcoming Mozilla Firefox 37.0 web browser, due for release on April 7, 2015.

Mozilla Firefox 37.0 was in the Aurora (Alpha) channel until today, replaced by the next version of the browser, Firefox 38.0, which was in the Nightly channel. Of course, Mozilla Firefox 39.0 replaced version 38.0 in the Nightly channel, which is not recommended to be used by anyone except hardcore developers.

Among the bugs squashed in this first Beta release of the Mozilla Firefox 37.0 web browser, we can mention an issue related to the "Sync Now" button, which was not translated, support for reporting device resets, as well as the reason why it was reset via the telemetry function, and unnamed eval sources are no longer displayed in the built-in debugger.

In addition, Mozilla Firefox 37.0 Beta provides URL highlighting and displays the original title in toolbar in the reader mode. You can download Mozilla Firefox 37.0 Beta for Linux, Windows, and Mac OS X right now from Softpedia, but keep in mind that it’s an unstable software that shouldn’t be installed on production machines.
