According to the changelog, the housekeeping settings have been changed in order to allow overriding item-level history and to trend storage period, the example directory size user parameter has been modified in order to return bytes, and the support for UCD-SNMP has been dropped.
Also, the remote command execution from Zabbix server is now working correctly, if flexible user parameters have been configured.
