Manjaro Xfce, a Linux distribution based on well-tested snapshots of the Arch Linux repositories and 100% compatible with Arch, is now at version 0.8.7 RC2a.

The second preview build of Manjaro Xfce has been made available for testing by its developers. The final version is expected to arrive in August.

Highlights of Manjaro Xfce 0.8.7 RC2a:

• The Linux kernel has been updated to version 3.9.11; • Xorg has been updated to version 1.14.2; • Firefox has been updated to version 23.0; • VLC has been updated to version 2.0.8a; • The Manjaro Settings Manager has been updated to version 0.1.2.
