LongoMatch 0.18.16, a free video analysis software for sports that can be used to record, tag, review, draw, edit videos, and analyze games in real time, is now available for download and testing.LongoMatch 0.18.16 has been dubbed "Amsterdam" by the developers and brings just a few changes and improvements. When the current GNOME cycle gets closer to release, the developers don't usually add any major fixes, but this is not the case with LongoMatch.
The most important change in this version is the improved MPEG4 export quality for AVI, which has been quite a problem in the past.
Other changes include a fix for the database startup time, better zonal tagging, and the introduction of histograms.
A complete list of updates and new features can be found in the official changelog. Download LongoMatch 0.18.16 right now from Softpedia.
