Greg Kroah-Hartman announced two days ago, June 9th, the immediate availability for download of the second maintenance release for the stable Linux 3.4 kernel series.

Linux kernel 3.4.2 includes x86 and ARM fixes, updated Intel i915 and Radeon drivers, wireless drivers updates, improvements to EXT4, CIFS and NFS filesystems, as well as some networking fixes.
