On July 25, Greg Kroah-Hartman announced that the third maintenance release for Linux kernel 3.10 was available for download and that all users of the 3.10 kernel series must upgrade.

From the raw changelog, it appears that Linux kernel 3.10.3 is a big release, which brings many improvements for the PowerPC architecture, lots of updates for sound, and many drivers, including wireless, i915, Radeon, SCSI, and more.

"I'm announcing the release of the 3.10.3 kernel. All users of the 3.10 kernel series must upgrade."

"The updated 3.10.y git tree can be found at: git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git linux-3.10.y and can be browsed at the normal kernel.org git web browser: http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git;a=summary," Greg Kroah-Hartman said in the official release announcement.
