LilyPond 2.17.9 may be an unstable version, but it's still an important release as it brings a lot of updates and changes.
Highlights of LilyPond 2.17.9:
• A rectification for learning/tweaks regarding Scheme values has been implemented; • Text and examples have been added to NR 5.4.6 "Using break-visibility" in order to cover the printing of cautionary accidentals following an explicit key change; • remote-tracking branch 'origin/master' has been merged into the translation; • "Selective" contextmods have been removed.
