Here’s why we fell in love with Korora 21 GNOME Edition

At our readers’ request, we’ve decided to make a series of screenshot tours for the brand-new Korora 21 open-source computer operating system. As you might know, Korora 21 was officially released this past weekend, based on the acclaimed Fedora 21 operating system, and distributed in four editions with the Cinnamon, GNOME, KDE, and Xfce desktop environments.

We have to admit that the GNOME edition of Korora 21 is our favorite one, especially because of its super attractive looks. The combination of icons, the always visible dock on the left, the desktop theme, and the wallpaper make everything perfect in this distribution. Chris Smart did it again!

Korora 21 GNOME Edition is built around the GNOME 3.14 graphical desktop environment, using the GNOME Shell user interface. This release of the controversial desktop brings numerous updates to its core apps, including Photos, which now supports sharing on more social networks, and Software package management tool. It also introduces improved support for the Wayland display server, as well as a revamped Weather app, and DLNA support.

Without further ado, we’ll let you now enjoy our in-depth screenshot tour of Korora 21 GNOME Edition, which confirms everything was written above. Please visit our Softpedia Linux homepage for download links of Korora 21, or click the following link to download Korora 21 GNOME Edition right now (it is available for 64 and 32-bit computers).
