Korora, a Fedora Remix distribution with tweaks and extras to make the system “just work” out of the box, which aims to provide a complete and easy-to-use system for general computing, is now at version 19.1.

The release of Korora 19 “Bruce” has followed closely on the heels of Fedora 19 “Schrödinger's Cat,” but this this new maintenance update for Korora has nothing to do with the Fedora development cycle.

Korora 19 comes in four versions, for GNOME, MATE, KDE, and Cinnamon. It comes with a few default applications such as Adobe Flash, Google Chrome, Google Earth, RPMFusion, and VirtualBox.

The distribution is based on KDE 4.11, Kernel 3.11.2 and Firefox 24. This is the first release that includes the MATE and Cinnamon desktops, and the rawtherapee raw image editor has been replaced with darktable.

More details about this release can be found in the official announcement. Download Korora 19.1 “Bruce” right now from Softpedia. The links for all the flavors can be found in the same location.
