Gparted Live, a small bootable GNU/Linux distribution for x86-based computers that can be used for creating, reorganizing, and deleting disk partitions with the help of tools that allow managing filesystems, is now at version 0.16.2-11.

Gparted Live 0.16.2-11 can be installed on CD, USB, PXE server, and Hard Disk, then run on a x86 machine. There's not much to be said for this version, with the exception of a new Linux kernel.

According to the developers, a freeze/lock problem at boot menu experienced by some computers has been fixed, Linux kernel has been updated to version 3.11.7-1, the boot loader isolinux and syslinux have been updated to version 6.02, alongside a couple of other changes.

A complete list of features and bug fixes can be found in the announcement. Download Gparted Live 0.16.2-11 right now from Softpedia.
