The latest version of Gparted makes use of Linux kernel 3.2.32-1
GParted, a partition editor for creating, reorganizing, and deleting disk partitions with the help of tools that allow managing filesystems, is now at version 0.14.0.Gparted 0.14.1 Beta 1 now provides users with the ability to move, resize, check, create, and delete physical volumes under Logical Volume Management (lvm2 pv).
Highlights of Gparted 0.14.1 Beta 1:
• The underlying GNU/Linux operating system is now based on the Debian Sid repository, as of December 7, 2012;
• The Linux kernel has been updated to be 3.2.32-1;
• /etc/resolv.conf was not created during booting, but this bug was corrected.
