Google Chrome 30 Makes the Guest Profile Incognito by Default

Google Chrome, a browser built on the Blink layout engine that aims to be minimalistic and versatile at the same time, is now at version 30.0.1573.2 Dev.

After Google promoted the previous 29 branch from Dev to Beta, a new 30.x branch has been made available for all the platforms.

Highlights of Google Chrome 30.0.1573.2 Dev:

• The update mechanism by which the options page auto-closes has been improved; • The “Submit” button has been made blue for the payments dialog; • The import button is now shown correctly under chrome://settings/importData; • The unused suggestion icons have been removed; • The guest profile windows are now always “incognito.”
