A new version of this popular spreadsheet application has been released

Gnumeric 1.12.10, a spreadsheet application that is part of the Gnome desktop environment and that can read files saved with other spreadsheet tools, has been released with a fair amount of fixes and improvements.

The tenth version in the Gnumeric 1.12.x series has been dubbed “TBD” and comes with a few interesting changes.

According to the developers, the handling of dashes on ODF import has been improved, some warnings in XLSX import have been suppressed, and 3D values are now accepted for vector data.

Also, the new functions IMGAMMA, IMFACT, IMIGAMMA, and IGAMMA have been added, some overflows in IMGAMMA have been avoided, and some minor theme fixes have been implemented.
