GTK+, a multi-platform toolkit for creating graphical user interfaces that provide a complete set of widgets, suitable for projects ranging from small one-off tools to complete application suites, is now at version 3.7.12.
According to the developers, GTK+ 3.7.12 incorporates new features and quite a few updates:
• GTK+ now supports touch friendly popups on entries and text views in place of context menus, on touch devices; • The print dialog now shows printers that are discovered using avahi, if configured with –enable-avahi-browsing; • Compiler warning is now shown when not building on X11; • GtkIconCache no longer fails to load non-builtin icons; • Containers shouldn't special case RTL positions.
