This new version now provides support for touch devices

GTK+, a multi-platform toolkit for creating graphical user interfaces that provide a complete set of widgets, suitable for projects ranging from small one-off tools to complete application suites, is now at version 3.4.0.

According to the developers, GTK+ 3.4.0 incorporates some new major features and quite a few updates:

· Menu support in GtkApplication was introduced; · A new color chooser was implemented; · Support for touch devices was added; · New event GdkEventTouch and GDK_TOUCH_MASK is now available; · New signal GtkWidget::touch-event is now available; · Support for smooth scrolling was added; · GtkScrolledWindow will now do kinetic scrolling with touch devices; · Spin buttons have received a new look; · The treeview accessible support has been rewritten and works much better now.
