GTK+ 3.13.3, a multi-platform toolkit for creating graphical user interfaces that provide a complete set of widgets, suitable for projects ranging from small one-off tools to complete application suites, has been released.

This latest update for GTK arrives with even more changes than the previous one, and it looks like the developers have decided to add some new features in this branch.

According to the changelog, saving custom CSS is now supported, GMenus and GActions are now shown, combobox menus and submenus are now displayed, most widgets have been converted to use gestures internally, client-side shadows have been implemented for menus and tooltips, and the Adwaita theme is now supported and included by default.

Also, the coverage of GTK+ features has been improved, support has been added for the GNOME classic mode for Wayland, GtkIconCache has been removed, annotations from Vala have been ported, csd shadows are now used for menus, and GTK no longer gets confused by Wayland touch events.

A complete changelog featuring all the updates and fixes can be found in the official announcement. You can download the GTK+ 3.13.3 sources right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a development version and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended for testing purposes only.
