The GNOME Project has announced recently that the first development version towards GNOME Terminal 3.12 is available for download and testing. The final release will be part of the upcoming GNOME 3.12 desktop environment.

GNOME Terminal 3.11.0 is here to fix some build issues, clean the code, clean up, remove the “visible when necessary” preferences value, and let applications handle clicks in mouse tracking mode.

Moreover, various documentation fixes and translation updates were applied to this first development release of the upcoming GNOME Terminal application. More details can be found in the official raw changelog.

Download GNOME Terminal 3.11.0 right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a beta version and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended for testing purposes only.
