GNOME Shell, a user interface that provides functions for the GNOME desktop environment, has just received a new update and it's now at version 3.9.3.
The GNOME development is running smoothly and more features are added with each new version.
Highlights of GNOME Shell 3.9.3:
• When the workspace switcher is hidden, the window thumbs are no longer shown; • The OSD window is no longer appearing below the system modal dialogs; • Calendar events can now span on multiple lines; • When no more messages are pending, the message queue is cleared.
