GNOME Shell, a user interface that provides functions for the GNOME 3 desktop environment, has just received a new update and it's now at version 3.6.1.
GNOME Shell 3.6.1 has been officially released and, as usual, a lot of fixes were implemented in this new stable version.
Highlights of GNOME Shell 3.6.1:
· Padding is now even on the top/bottom of the dash; · A crash that occurred when dragging search results has been fixed; · Dragging with static workspaces has been fixed; · Message tray is now shown in Ctrl+Alt+Tab outside of the overview; · Hotplug sniffer on remote filesystems has been disabled; · Unlock dialog is now shown on primary monitor when using keynavy; · The look of the screen shield has been improved.
