FxMovieManager, an application written to help users manage movie files and video clips, has just reached version 6.4.
FxMovieManager includes a twin-panel file manager, a playlist, and a simple frontend to Mplayer. Both the file manager and the playlist can display thumbnails of movie files.
The final version of this useful application has been released and it incorporates a few important changes.
“In line with the original project, the previously required FFMPEG library is now optional and the program can also be built if this library is missing and MPlayer is the only player in use,” reads the official changelog.
Other changes include a fix for a full screen bug and one of the internal use of MPlayer. Check out the software's changelog for a complete list of new features and updates.
