Fusion 16 Beta has been announced by Valent Turkovic, a developer that also put together Fusion Linux 14, a distribution which is essentially a Fedora Remix.

Fusion Linux is an installable Live DVD ISO image that includes multimedia functionality out of the box, with added desktop tweaks for usability and additional software.

Fusion Linux uses the Fedora repositories, RPM Fusion software repositories, and some custom packages.

Valent Turkovic has made available the next iteration of Fusion Linux, based on Fedora 16, but it's still just a Beta release, and the developer only offers a 64-bit edition.

The developer also asked users to test drive the distribution and give as much feedback as possible, so that he may build a better version.

Download Fusion Linux 16 Beta right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a development release and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended to be used for testing purposes only.
