Evolution, a complete solution that provides integrated mail, address book and calendaring functionality to users of the GNOME desktop environment, is now at version 3.9.1.

The first development release of the Gnome 3.9.x branch has arrived, and it packs quite a few changes.

Highlights of Evolution 3.9.1:

• The Express Mode feature developed for MeeGo has been removed; • The application no longer links to libgoa-1.0. GNOME Online Accounts support is now contained entirely within the Evolution-Data-Server; • Evolution now queries gravatar.com in addition to address books to find email sender images.

A complete list of bugfixes can be found in the official changelog, which is available inside the source archive.

Download Evolution 3.9.1 right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a beta version and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended for testing purposes only.
