Dropbox has just announced a few minutes ago, September 13, that a new testing release of its upcoming and featureful Dropbox 2.3 client is now available for download for the Linux, Windows and Mac OS X platforms.
Dropbox 2.3.29 is an experimental release that brings performance improvements to the upload function, and a fix for an issue that can cause Dropbox to sync endlessly.
We remind everyone that the upcoming Dropbox 2.3 client will introduce screenshot functionality (only for Mac and Windows), move functionality, ability to import images from iPhoto (only for Mac), support for Apple's Mavericks operating system, as well as much faster upload and download speeds for large files.
Keep in mind that this is a development release and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended to be used for testing purposes only.
