A new version is available for Linux, but with very few changes

Dropbox, a client for an online service that lets you take all your photos, docs and videos anywhere, no matter the platform, is now at version 2.1.11.

The Dropbox developers have released yet another experimental version of their client, and they are still ignoring the Linux platform.

Once again, the Windows and the Mac OS platforms have received all the attention. The notification system on both platforms has been improved, and a rare issue that caused folders to be created as conflicted copies for files has been corrected.

Keep in mind though, this is the experimental version of Dropbox and some features might not make it into the stable release.

Check out the official changelog for more details about this release, although there isn't much about the Linux client. Download Dropbox 2.1.11 right now from Softpedia.
