Mozilla officially released today, November 11th, the immediate availability for download and testing of the first Beta version version of the upcoming Mozilla Firefox 9.0 web browser for Linux operating systems.

Firefox 9.0, which was made available for download on the official FTP site of the Mozilla company, yesterday morning, includes some interesting new features.

Highlights of Mozilla Firefox 9.0 Beta:

· Added Type Inference, radically improving the JavaScript performance; · Do Not Track status can now be queried via JavaScript; · font-stretch support was added; · text-overflow support was improved; · HTML5, CSS, and MathML support was improved; · Various stability issues were fixed.
