AMD forgot to provide users with links for the Linux platform

AMD has just released a new major driver update to the Linux platforms, but it forgot to provide the download links.

AMD sent out a newsletter promoting the new drivers for the Linux platform, and it even went through the trouble of publishing the release notes.

They forgot the most important thing, however, the drivers themselves. If you try to download the latest AMD Catalyst Driver 13.12 for Linux you will only get the last Beta version, and there is no sight of the latest stable.

We would love to tell you about all the changes, fixes, and improvements in the AMD Catalyst Driver 13.12, but that would be hypocritical of us because we aren’t able to provide you with any download links.

Let's hope that AMD will wake soon from its end of the year slumber. We'll keep you apprised of any new information.

UPDATE: We managed to get the files from their servers and you can download them from Softpedia. You still can't get them through any normal channels.
