Zbigniew Konojacki proudly announced yesterday, June 2, 2013, that the stable release of his 4MLinux 6.1 Linux operating system is available for download.

Actually, it looks like 4MLinux 6.1 comes with the same features as the Beta version, except for the possibility of a fully automatic upgrade to the Allinone Edition or 4MLinux.

4MLinux 6.1 incorporates applications like LibreOffice 3.6.6, Opera 12.15, SMPlayer 0.8.5 and Partition Wizard 7.8.

4MLinux 6.1 is distributed in two versions, one with a GUI, which requires 256 MB of RAM, and another one with a TUI, which requires 128 MB of RAM and can be used for installations purposes only.

4MLinux is a minimal Linux distribution that can be used as a system rescue CD, for playing video DVDs or as a minimal web server.
